Collaborativeness

I think for a highly effective team or group, they have to be able to communicate and be able to have everyone imput their own ideas. I think that the difference between collaboration and group work or cooperative learning is that with collaboration people are coming together to with different ideas rather than just one. Like in group work or cooperative learning. With group work and cooperative learning, it is all about coming together with one idea or concept.
